Our services constitute a digital technology platform that enables you to enquire and purchase motor insurance products and related services from our appointed insurance services provider (“Beema Services”). When using the BKIC Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bahrain. Unless otherwise agreed by BKIC in a separate written agreement with you, the BKIC Services are made available solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Please note that we may add additional services from time to time to our existing BKIC Services provided by us. Any such additions or amendments will be reflected in these terms and conditions, and you will be notified accordingly via the Site and the App.
You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the BKIC Services. Your mobile network’s data and messaging rates and fees may apply if you access or use the BKIC Services from a wireless-enabled device. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the BKIC Services and any updates thereto. BKIC does not guarantee that the BKIC Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. In addition, the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. You may only access the Services by using authorised means, and BKIC reserves the right to terminate the BKIC Services if you use the same with an unauthorised device.
All copyright, designs, graphical and text arrangements, logos, trademarks, database rights, and any other intellectual property rights in all material on the Site and the App are owned by BKIC or its licensors.

Interference or entry to the Site and/or the App with intent to corrupt, damage, deny service from the Site and/or the App, or for commercial benefit is taken seriously, and we will take any action necessary to protect the Site and/or the App from such activities. You acknowledge that damages may not be an adequate remedy for any infringement and that we are entitled to the remedies of injunction, specific performance (where applicable), an order to deliver up materials that infringe our intellectual property rights, and any other statutory or equitable relief and that no proof of special damages is necessary for reliance on such remedies.
We have taken great care in preparing our Site and our App. However, please kindly note that certain technical issues may arise from time to time that are beyond our control. Whilst we will always try our utmost to provide you with the highest quality of user experience in respect of the Site and the App, we cannot, unfortunately, always guarantee you uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site and/or the App at all times, that defects will be remedied, or that the Site and/or the App, or the server that makes the Site and/or the App available, are virus free. Occasionally, access may be suspended or restricted to enable us to repair, maintain or update the Site and/or the App, again, we will try our utmost to minimise any convenience caused.

Any claims or disputes for any insurance quotes, policies, and claims need to be discussed and negotiated directly with BKIC only. Our Site and/or our App is intended for use by residents in Bahrain only. Applications for motor insurance products or services from non-residents of Bahrain will not be accepted.
Our Site and/or our App content do not constitute an offer by BKIC to sell insurance products and services to everyone who wishes to purchase. BKIC retains the right to accept or reject any request to buy the insurance products or services, and any purchase will be subject to the terms and conditions of that insurance product or service.
The information and descriptions on the Site and/or the App may not represent full or total descriptions of all terms and conditions relating to the insurance products and services of BKIC. Complete details will be included in your schedule of cover, policy documents, and/or conditions of purchase to be provided by BKIC.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you give to BKIC while using this Site are accurate, and ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of any insurance product or service you purchase.
You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with your purchase of the motor insurance products and related services from BKIC (“Costs”). We are responsible for communicating such Costs to you clearly and accurately on the Site and/or the App, and you are responsible for paying the Costs upon purchasing the motor insurance policy and related services. You agree to receive an electronic receipt via e-mail or SMS or through the App itself (as the case may be) following your payment of the Costs. This electronic receipt is sufficient for all purposes, including any specific requirements under applicable laws.
Payment of the Costs will be facilitated by BKIC using the preferred payment method indicated by your in your Account including (without limitation) credit card(s), debit card(s), ApplePay GooglePay, or SamsungPay. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid, or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that BKIC may automatically use the secondary payment method from your Account, if available.
BKIC aims to provide the highest standard of service to every customer. If you require any assistance with our Site, our App, and/or if our service does not meet your expectations, we want to hear about it, and all requests for assistance and/or feedback we receive are taken seriously. The following terms and conditions (“Referral T&Cs”) in respect of the Beema Referral Program (“Program”) shall govern the relationship between BKIC and you, being the user of the Program on BKIC’s website and/or digital application (as the case may be).
You agree to grant BKIC the right to collect, store and process any information or data you provide to BKIC and to use information and data about your use of the Program.
By agreeing to provide consent for using this Program offered by BKIC on the Site and/or the App (as the case may be), you agree to these Referral T&Cs, without limitation or exception, and acknowledge that you have read them, and understood the same, in their entirety.
BKIC may share any information and data with third parties based on your permission obtained for using this Program offered by BKIC on its website and/or digital application (as the case may be), and you hereby explicitly agree to the collection and use of such data by BKIC for the purpose described herein.
BKIC and or third parties may use such information or data provided by you under the Program to identify you on social media platforms in order to provide you with the latest products, offers, or incentives offered by BKIC or such third parties.
BKIC reserves the right to update and change these Referral T&Cs at any time and at its sole discretion with or without notice.
Whilst we shall use our best endeavours to resolve any complaint you may have in relation to the Program, BKIC reserves the right to decide on any appropriate actions, without any commitment on our part to take specific actions and/or transfer the complaint to the authorities in case a situation arises.
You authorize BKIC and its representatives to contact you with reference to your application(s) of this Program. This consent will override any registration for “Do Not Contact” (Call, SMS, Email).
You, as the referrer, are in a position to refer potential customer(s) (who is not already existing customer of BKIC) to BKIC.
You, as the referrer may, from time to time, refer potential first-time customer(s) (i.e., a UAE resident qualified to purchase car insurance product(s) who is not already an existing customer of BKIC) to BKIC. Subject to these Referral T&Cs, BKIC shall reward the referrer for these referrals that became first-time BKIC customers by obtaining an active car insurance with BKIC within sixty (60) days of referring.
BKIC shall reward the referrer for each successful referral in accordance with the preceding paragraph. The nature of the reward and its value may be varied by BKIC from time to time at its sole discretion. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash and/or other products/services.
BKIC shall not reward a referrer for unsuccessful referral of a prospect that does not become a customer of Company in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
BKIC reserves the right to cross-check the details of any potential first-time customer(s) submitted to the Program against the customer databases of BKIC and/or its underwriter. If any such potential first-time customer is believed not to be a first-time BKIC customer, we shall inform the referrer of the same accordingly. Any falsified and/or fraudulent referrals, together with the relevant referrer, shall be reported to the applicable authorities accordingly.
These Referral T&Cs shall commence upon the date the referrer registers to the Program, and BKIC reserves the right to cancel the program at any time.

It is our aim to correct any error on the Site and/or the App as soon as practicable. Every effort is taken to ensure the Siteis accurate and up to date. However, all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and all liability to you inrespect of the Site, its content, and your use of the same, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
If any provision in these terms and conditions shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed deleted and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
BKIC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the BKIC Services. BKIC shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses arising out of your use of or reliance on the BKIC Services or your inability to access or use the BKIC Services.
BKIC shall not be liable for delay, failure in performance, or other injuries resulting from causes beyond BKIC’s reasonable control. Further, BKIC is not liable for any other intangible losses resulting from:
